Excerpts from A Timeline to the Future found in Kaiju Kaos – The Miniatures Game, Basic Rules:

May 20, 2011: Dr. Kaos creates Serum Z and puts a trace amount in a water source near Hudson, OH, hoping to create a legion of super humans; instead, the serum turns its victims into flesh eating zombies. Special Mission Force is able to contain the outbreak to an isolated event affecting only 7 people. One infected civilian, Annie Smith, becomes a Zombie on prom night. She goes on a killing spree, killing and contaminating 32 people before she is contained by members of SMF.

December 24, 2011: Dr. Kaos secretly unleashes an accelerated strain of Serum Z at his old think tank in California. The results lead to a catastrophic outbreak of Zombies. Special Mission Force is called in to contain this Undead threat while the National Guard begins evacuating all unaffected people.

Dr. Kaos infects a handful of Beng-Arii Troopers with Serum Z and unleashes them on the opposite end of Kaos Island; the doctor outfits each Zombie with a tracking device.

March 1, 2012: The President of the United States declares the West Coast as “lost” to Zombies, and construction of a containment wall along the western shore of the Mississippi River is begun.

Rhasia Gayle discovers the Talisman of Ayiti that grants her enchanted powers over the Undead.

Chupacabras present a natural immunity to Serum Z and Zombie contagion.

May 29, 2013: Serum Z makes its way into Texas affecting livestock and humans alike. The chupacabra population multiplies in the Land of the Undead as the Cryptids feed on zombies.

October 3, 2013: Mexico is “lost” to the Serum Z pandemic. Beginning the next day, a Zombie Containment Wall is hastily built along the Mexico / Guatemala / Belize border to prohibit the spread of Serum Z any further south. The southern wall is completed on November 29.

April 17, 2014: After 25 months of around-the-clock construction, the US Zombie Containment Wall is completed and all contact with anything to the west of the Mississippi River is lost.

Rhasia Gayle sneaks into the Land of the Undead near the Zombie Containment Wall in Belize.

Bailey Records Fanfare / Zombie Land Chaos is track number 01 on the full-length CD and the final promotional single from Kaiju Kaos – The Soundtrack, Vol. 01 (Bailey Records / April 24, 2012) available through CDBaby.com and at shows.

Bailey Records Fanfare / Zombie Land Chaos closes out the musical score of the album with a mash-up of the song Living in a Zombie Land (Horrific Universe: 12 Months of Horror (Bailey Records)), This is Kaiju Kaos, and the original Fanfare. In 2006, with the release of both the Slade Chronicles: Riftwalker – Official Mix-Tape and Amazing Universe – The Superheroic Music EP, TW Cory and Stratos composed the Bailey Records Fanfare. The purpose of the Fanfare is to tie all soundtracks together under a common “umbrella,” just as movie studios like Fox and Universal do with their opening fanfares. This is the 12th CD the Fanfare has appeared on, and as with the previous incarnations it includes an album-specific tag ending.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
