Knights of the Golden Sun presents an interesting storyline set around 400 B.C. where 'God' has abandoned his throne and left the archangels to watch over humanity.

The storyline has a decent amount of drama, action and development in story and characters which has lead me into picking up #2.

The artwork is also uttery beautiful.
