Ran this for my friends recently, had a lot of fun. Love the world and the plot hooks especially as a fan of Greek Mythology

Odyssey of the Dragonlords is argueable a better adventure than as any of Official published 5e Adventure published by Wotc. The Art and Maps in the book are also top tier. The Book also offers various other content that help further develop the setting like, 10 new Subclasses (1 or each class), the Epic path systems and a Fame system.

Odyssey of the Dragonlords is well organized Adventure with a new setting that is inspired by Greek mythology. The Story consists of a classic show down between the he powers of evil and good with a greek twist of goodly boons, intervention and greek tradegy and sacrafice. While classically inspireded by heroic fantasy the story doesn't get cliche infact is offers but refreshing twist.

Arcanum Worlds set a tread i would love other companies to follow, that being rather just createing a D&D setting they also createing a full adventure that is set inside the world.

Overall, I love the theme of the campaign as I have always been a huge fan of Greek/Roman mythology. There are several really great subclasses presented in the campaign that flavor well and are quite good mechanically and thematically.

Beyond that, some of the campaign is quite contrite and is too straight forward which can lead the players to feeling railroaded into how and what they have to do. A little more player choice in the early game would be appreciated. DM's you may want to rewrite a little.

The middle section of the first half, Act II/III is almost too free world. Going from island to island can become a little exhausting and redundant. Especially when players don't have a great reason to visit each island other than, well we have to get X or Y from that island to move on.

I'm currently running this campaign and its wonderful. There's lots of room to adapt and change as you see fit. My only problem is the lack of index at the back to make it easy to find specific things when using a physical copy otherwise its great.

This campaign book has re-set the bar in terms of accessibility, readability and presentation. Super nice artwork, super cool locations, NPCs, story and quests. The definitive classical-mythological campaign setting, I really love it.

This is top of the line stuff. Art, story, scope! The subclasses provided range from solid to amazing (the Amazonian Conclave ranger character is what locked one of my kids in, once she saw the picture of the Amazon, we were playing this game, or else.) In addition to all the usual, the story includes Epic Paths for each character, foretold destinies they can meet head on. The epic paths each include story hooks deeper in the game, and help tie the characters into the overall story of titans, gods, dragons, and doom.

I've got two campaigns going now - one with my suspicious, untrusting, crusty old gaming friends from college, and one with a crew of kids who read a lot of YA fantasy with dragons on the cover. Both groups are enjoying this adventure a lot.
