SHOCKING...EXPLOSIVE...CYBERPUNK

This graphic novel deals with very adult subject matter. It's for mature audiences for a reason. It has very intense and graphic dialogue. That being said it has a great narrative, intelligent writing and is very detailed.Think John Wick meets Hostel. The artwork is very manga-esque, reminiscent of Sin City. EXE definately has a cyberpunk feel and deals with the chaos and depravity of the dark web. Definately a page turner. It has great pacing and a plot that will shock. You hire EXE for one reason only,,,seek and destroy sex traffickers and pedophiles...and he completes his mission with style and endless violence. Again not for the faint of heart. Would be interesting to see another collaboration from the mind of Blackheart and the art of Jaspix.

Hands down, EXE has got to be one of the top ten coolest indie graphic novels that I have read in the last five years.

The sexy artwork has a unique half-manga/half-western style to it all of its own … and its use of tricked-out ‘3D' and anime-level ‘VFX,’ literally dripping off of each page’s panels, is definitely its secret sauce.

EXE reads lightning fast like a movie ... very cinematic … the story is brisk, slick, whip-smart, dark fun … wickedly scary, and, at times, even painfully funny … full of thrilling twists and chilling turns (with even a little romance) ... and certainly on par with the plot of the latest BOND or MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE.

Plus, some of the goriest, ass-kicking action … super-satisfying creative tortures/kills towards this universe’s most-deserving … from a hi-tech hit-man who specializes in hunting down child molesters.

EXE defies expectations right off the bat … and then goes even more batshit after that. You’ll scream, you’ll laugh, you’ll cheer.

EXE could function like a storyboard to a streaming crime thriller ... like if JOHN WICK took on an amalgamated villain of the JOKER, ANTON CHIGURH, KEYSER SOZE, FREDDY KRUEGER and HANNIBAL LECTER.

If EXE is not already destined to become a live-action film … or at least an anime … well, IT DAMN WELL NEEDS TO BE!
